Crowd Around a Winter Fire
A crowd of about a hundred and twenty people are gathered around a large bonfire at the edge of a large town, watching as a caravan of about a dozen covered wagons approaches across the tundra. Nine figures stand apart from the rest, each cloaked in a heavy fur and almost all of them clad in dark armor. As the wagons pull to a stop in front of this lead group, the many people aboard the wagons start to climb off, most huddled together or rubbing their arms for warmth. One of the armored men breaks from their group and strides forward to greet the newcomers. His stride and tone give an air of confidence and authority.
