A dungeons and dragons city with a bit more tech than normal. The crowd murmurs among themselves as the cityscape around them creaks in the wind, seeming close to collapsing at any moment, although this fate never comes to pass. In the background, elemental-powered airships and hovertrains speed past and above the pedestrians.
